On May 11, 2024, Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Terminal (TCIT) successfully received the Seaspan Beyond vessel - the maiden call of the AP1 service connecting Vietnam to the U.S. West Coast. This service is jointly operated by Wan Hai Lines (Taiwan) and Ocean Network Express (Japan) to upgrade and strengthen the cargo network connections of shipping lines along the U.S. West Coast.

On the morning of October 19, the Tan Cang Cai Mep port cluster — including Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal Co., Ltd. (TCIT), Tan Cang – Cai Mep Joint Stock Company (TCCT), and Tan Cang – Thi Vai – Cai Mep One Member Co., Ltd. (TCTT) — coordinated with the Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee of Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, to organize a voluntary blood donation drive at TCIT.

On the morning of September 28, Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal Co., Ltd. (TCIT), in collaboration with Tan Cang – Cai Mep Joint Stock Company, organized a Mid-Autumn Festival gift-giving event for orphans at Tu An Humanitarian Center in My Tan Hamlet, My Xuan Commune, Phu My Town, and for children with disabilities at the Huu Nghi School for the Visually Impaired in Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
