Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP): Established on March 15, 1989, under Decision No. 41/QD-BQP by the Minister of National Defense. In December 2006, Saigon Newport Company transitioned to a parent-subsidiary model. On February 9, 2010, the Minister of National Defense signed Decision No. 418/QD-BQP, officially transforming Saigon Newport Company into a Corporation.
