Founded on September 4, 2009, with the aspiration to become the gateway connecting Vietnam to the world, Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Terminal (TCIT) has grown from a promising joint venture between Saigon Newport Corporation - the largest terminal operator in Vietnam - and three international shareholders: Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Hanjin Logistics Corporation, and Wanhai Lines.
Today, TCIT has rapidly established itself as the busiest deep-water container terminal in Vietnam, capable of accommodating the world's large container vessels.
