TCIT welcomes 2016 with a high monthly throughput
In January 2016, TCIT achieved 94,661 TEUs of throughput volume. This is the highest volume of the terminal ever.

In the first month of the year, TCIT served 36 vessels from 8 service lanes with the total throughput of 94,661 TEUS exceeded 9 % equivalent to 7,957 TEUS compared to the plan. In detail, the inbound was 43,375 TEUS accounted for 46% of the total volume, the outbound was 51,286 TEUS accounted for 54% of the total volume.
Most of the TEUS came from vessels that sailed to the US. There were 04 service lanes to the US such as MD1, SE2, SVS, CEC with the volume of 71,746 TEUS equivalent to 76% of the total volume in the month. The remained 24% came from vessel that deployed in Euro and intra-Asia.
With a high handling volume in the first month 2016, it is very prospective that TCIT will have a great year of operations in 2016.
