In March 2012, Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal (TCIT) greatly welcomed two new services. In this month, business performance of TCIT has been increased stably. In comparison to February, total throughput grew up to 12, 55% - 33,248 teus, in which export made up 52%, import made up 48%. Also, handling productivity has kept at high level: 118,01 moves/hour of net productivity and 93,13 moves/hour of portstay productivity.
Along with the modern equipment and record of net productivity in Cai Mep area – 190moves/hour/vessel, Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal will keep on improving its service in order to bring benefit to all our customers in term of time and transportation cost.
