TCIT has successfully handled 02 mother vessels named COSCO ITALY and COSCO SPAIN which have the deadweight up to 157,000 tons, arrived TCIT on Jan 29th and Feb 17th

TCIT has successfully handled 02 mother vessels named COSCO ITALY and COSCO SPAIN which have the deadweight up to 157,000 tons, arrived TCIT on Jan 29th and Feb 17th. These are the biggest mother vessels that ever arrived TCIT since the past, operated by COSCO shipping on CPNW service which connected Vietnam and Canada.


In 2018, TCIT successfully handled 36 mother vessels with 132,000 DWT and operated 03 services with more than 14,000 TEUs of capacity out of 10 current services at TCIT. By successfully handling large vessels, TCIT is proving its ability to receive larger vessels following upsized trend nowadays in according with position affirmation for being the largest deep sea port in Vietnam, keeping on striving for the best to be clients’ first choice in transshipment goods and being an international gateway port and transit hub of Southeast Asia.
