TCIT - Friendly cooperation - Customer connection

For almost two years of operations, thanks to the great support and the trust from precious customers and shipping lines, total throughput of TCIT has doubled in the first 9 months of 2012 compared to the same period in 2011.


Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal (TCIT) is a joint venture by Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) and three leading shipping lines: Hanjin Shipping (HJS), Mitsui O. S. K. Lines (MOL) and Wan Hai Lines (WHL).

The market share of TCIT also increased in 2012 and exceeded more than 60% of the market share of deep sea Terminals in Cai Mep. Now, TCIT receives 06 vessels per week, the productivity reached more than 100 boxes/hour/ship. To gain this achievement, TCIT has non-stop efforts in customer service to attract clients to cooperate with terminal. Customer Service Department is willing to answer customers’ questions and solve arisen problems 24/7.

In addition, every month and on special occasions, TCIT regularly holds meeting with clients to get the evaluations and comments on the services as well as the suggestions for the future. Understanding the situation, we fully take the initiative to improve the service quality to meet customers’ demand.

Meeting customers’ desire and expectation is one of the primary targets of our company. Realizing this, each employee of TCIT works as a customer service staff and all the problems has been quickly and effectively resolved through the good coordination of the related departments.
