NOTICE ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CIRCULAR NO. 78/2021/TT-BTC BY THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE REGARDING ELECTRONIC INVOICES

In accordance with Circular No. 78/2021/TT-BTC issued on September 17, 2021, by the Ministry of Finance regarding the transition to electronic invoices, and with the approval of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tax Department regarding the implementation timeline;

Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Terminal Co., Ltd. (TCIT) would like to respectfully inform our valued customers and partners of the implementation of Circular No. 78/2021/TT-BTC as follows:

− Implementation time: From 09:00 AM on June 28, 2022

− System upgrade period: From 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM on June 28, 2022

During the upgrade period, e-Port information declaration and container handling operations will proceed as usual. However, payment via e-Port and electronic invoice issuance (on e-Port and port systems) will be temporarily interrupted.

For customers who need to make payments, confirm payments, and request invoice issuance during this time, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Transfer payment to TCIT’s account.

Account information: Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Terminal Co., Ltd.
Account number: 0071001292777 – Vietcombank, Ho Chi Minh City Branch

Step 2: Send an email to the Port Commercial Department (billing@tcit.com.vn
) to confirm the payment for container handling and provide invoice details and the recipient’s email address. The port will issue and send the invoice after the system returns to normal operation.

− After the above upgrade period, all operations will resume as normal.
