ADJUSTMENT OF THE OPEN TIMES FOR EXPORT CONTAINER DROP-OFF AT TAN CANG - CAI MEP INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (TCIT) DURING THE VIETNAMESE NATIONAL DAY HOLIDAY - SEPTEMBER 2ND, 2025

First of all, Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Port Company Limited (TCIT) would like to express our sincere thanks to the esteemed Shipping Lines, Ports, ICDs, and Valued Customers for your continued support and cooperation over the past time.

To ensure smooth operations and maintain service quality during the National Day holiday on September 02nd, 2025, TCIT Port respectfully announces the following important information:

1. For all containers being loaded onto vessels calling at TCIT: The open time for container drop-off at TCIT to be accepted within 07 days in advanced before vessel's estimated time of berthing (ETB).

2. The implementation period: the adjustment will be effective from August 18th until September 10th, 2025.

We kindly request that the esteemed Shipping Lines promptly forward this important notice to all relevant departments responsible for operations - export cargoes, forwarder - logistics companies and customers. This will help ensure that everyone is informed and can properly manage the export containers drop-off times at TCIT Port during the adjustment period in accordance with the regulations outlined above.

We sincerely hope to continue to receive good support and cooperation from the esteemed Shipping Lines, affiliated Ports/ICDs, and all Valued customers in implementing the above-mentioned matters.
