TCIT- BUILDING AND SUSTAINING IMPLICIT TRUST FOR OUR CUSTOMERS (03/04/2013)

Building and sustaining implicit trust for our customer is the lifeblood of any organization. This is a critical asset in ensuring a business’s long-term survival and success.

Before confronted with the challenges and difficulties of the world’s economic crisis, public debt in Euro - Zone and the keen competition in Cai Mep area, Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal Co., Ltd (TCIT) has being kept to claim its position and the leading terminal in all the terminal operators of Cai Mep area.

Building and sustaining implicit trust for our customer is the lifeblood of any organization. This is a critical asset in ensuring a business’s long-term survival and success. In company with our strategy vision “Building TCIT to become the best deep terminal in Viet Nam and Southeast Asia”. TCIT always attach special importance to improving our service quality by getting the better net productivity, focusing on investing and developing professional skill of human resources throughout the operation process. Simultaneously, TCIT has close ties with the authorities of Cai Mep Customs to simplify administrative procedures for helping our customers get their cargo quickly.    

In the year 2012, especially, despite of the ailing global economic, TCIT received  266 mother vessels with the total throughput of 543,548 Teus, sharply increased 97% in comparison with 2011. TCIT is keeping its position of leading terminal in Cai Mep area with 58% of market share in this area. While there are eight international container vessels calling at Cai Mep area weekly, TCIT has received 06 ones.

All above achievements were gained thanks to the great support and the trust of 13 customers of shipping lines for TCIT including: MOL, Hanjn, Wanhai, APL, Cosco, K’Line, Yangming, Hyundai, NYK, OOCL, Hapag – Lloyd, Inter-Asia Lines, and China Shipping.

In the year of 2013, TCIT has made a commitment to  provide the best services to our customers by incessantly improving the handling productivity, avoiding the long - waiting time, clearly answering all queries of customer and quickly supporting to move customer’s cargoes according to their requirement to Cat Lai, Tan Cang and ICDs in order to bring implicit trust for our customers.
